ORDERING
Because our collections have limited quantities, it is common that items sell out quickly. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability.
SHIPPING
All packages are processed for shipping within 1-2 weeks of your purchase unless otherwise noted. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of Known Player once shipped. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders. We do not currently ship internationally.
Known Player is not responsible for any issues related to logistics, delays or other matters that may arise during transportation of your order by our shipping carriers. Any concerns or problems related to the shipping process should be addressed directly with the respective shipping carrier.
RETURNS
Email us at contact@knownplayer.com within 7 business days of received order to request a return. In your request, please note your order #. If approved, we will email you return documents. If your return is not shipped within 5 business days of issuing the documents, the items will no longer be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will provide a store credit, less a 10% restocking fee. No refunds. Please note: store credit applies only to the item purchased and does not include any taxes, duties, or original shipping costs.
In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, email us at contact@knownplayer.com. Items must be returned un-worn, un-washed and with original packaging/tags.
Please be aware that Known Player does not provide refunds for shipping costs under any circumstances once the package has been sent. Once shipping charges are incurred, they are non-refundable.
